Management and supervisors see their primary task as enabling employees to make optimum use of their abilities for the benefit of the company.

We lead our employees cooperatively and with clear, jointly agreed and achievable targets and goals. We are well aware of the fact that ultimate responsibility cannot be delegated.

We cultivate a constructive approach to mistakes; we see them as a challenge for further improvement. At the same time, we encourage our employees to have the freedom to make their own decisions, but also demand that our employees use this freedom creatively and responsibly.

We are aware of our duty of care for our employees, the dependence of their existence on a secure job and fair cooperation.  The protection of the personal dignity of all our employees is an indispensable matter of course for us.
